In our latest endeavor, we acquired two floors within a three-story building, each originally housing two flats. Our task was to transform this space into a six-flat building. The challenge was twofold: converting the roof into two flats and reconfiguring the two existing floors into two flats each. This undertaking required precision and strategic planning, especially considering the ground floor's occupancy by an HSBC bank branch.
