From a former plot housing 21 garages, our journey began with the vision of a 5-bedroom house, expanding to a magnificent 8-bedroom home. Planning extended the original structure to include 6 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, and an inviting reception space. Through meticulous engineering, the foundation laid the groundwork with piles, ground beams, and block and beam filling. As construction progressed, strategic brick and block cavity walls were raised, with steel frame support enabling expansive rear and side extensions. The project continued with the installation of windows, flooring construction, and the initiation of essential electrical, plumbing, and gas works. The final interior showcased refined finishes, including granite flooring, bi-fold aluminum doors leading to the garden, oak features, and a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Client choices played a significant role in elements such as bedroom finishing, staircase design, and certain flooring selections.
